Has anybody ever tried a double baked potato where you bake it, scoop out the potatoes, mix it in a bowl/mixer with the sour cream and anything else you want, then place it back into the potato skins? Least that’s what I just ate that my aunt made, thank god I haven’t started a diet plan yet

 

You can also take them scooped out tater skins and deep fry em till crispy and the top with what amounts to loaded smashed taters and now you got yourself loaded tater skins

Well biking was ok. Beautiful scenery but not much in the way of adrenaline rush. Trails were just too flat and too rooted up to really get the heart rate up.
