You were in school to get your CDL, correct? Swift owns the school, meaning your schooling ends immediately, correct? So, you are looking for some other mega to put you through school, right?

Swift never happened. Do not mention them to Werner.

CR england is my only choice. Are they that bad? I told Warner already. Knight said they would take me different requirements than Swift. But scared when in school. They will send me home. Because the same people are running both companies.

Swift and Knight are the same company. Maybe they segregate their customers. CRE, from what I've heard and read, I choose 6 months in the county joint than drive for them.

I can't tell you if CR England is bad or not. I haven't worked there. Every company has ambassadors and every company has complainers. This is my opinion: whether a company is good or bad is up to the driver. Regardless of where you end up, you get what you put into it. You're not devoid of options. Just post where you're located, who you've applied to, whether you've already got a CDL or if you need training and maybe @Chinatown can give you some direction, and perhaps other members can too. Now I'm not saying commit to CR England, but if you know they'll take you, you have them in your back pocket if nothing else works out. We just gotta get your foot in the door, get you some experience, and then the industry will open up for you.

As hungry as Swift is for drivers they wouldn't kick you out unless they had a good reason.
You need to find out whatever it was about you that would cause them to reject you.
Something in your background that you weren't entirely forthcoming about? Traffic tickets?
Something about your behavior at school?
Take a good hard look at yourself and figure it out. It might keep the same thing from happening with another company or school.
