Here my City Police Cheif has a Lincoln LS as his car. How did he get it called they nailed a drug dealer and it was a seizure from it. So the Cheif needed a car had something like 30K miles on it was tricked out so the city gave it to him to use after it was tricked out.

Hate me if you want, but Ohio Highway Patrol cars look the best to me. Charcoal gray, black trim, yellow stripes. Had a Trooper living across from me when I was staying with my parents 97-99.
As far as the best hiding car, a plain pewter colored Silverado extended cab short bed 4x2 pickup, aluminum wheels, dark tint, TONS of strobes, and civilian Texas plates. Saw that one had somebody nailed hardcore on the shoulder, handcuffed and sitting in the bed. Was right around where 6 and 190 meet in Hearne. -
Thats the old chevy and the old crownvic... the newer ones are sharper and my cousin has the charger cept his has the gumball on top -
