soon2be a couple other things--- I know u post almost daily and drive like a mad man load after load so my question is ----- do you do all your posts with your phone? I can post quite a bit with my Iphone (which has internet) OR do you have a modem card for your laptop OR also do most truck stops have wifi?
and just when u might be thinking that I ask to many questions:: who all on this forum are w/s drivers????? you can pm or em me if u want .....instead of posting their id's here. I figure since I will sooner2be than later2be one of the drivers it would be nice to know who is in the same company -

Wow. I don't post for a week and there's 10 new pages of material.
When I first started this thread I figured realistically several dozen people would read it and it wouldnt get past page 5. Boy was I wrong. It's good to see it's active and I hope that it's helping people make informed decisions and get inside info on the company and it's training. Glad to see everyone is doing good and things are going well.
Last 2 weeks I've run just over 6,000 miles and pushing my 11 hours everyday in all kinds of weather, so ya, I've been busy and loving every minute of it. If I'm sitting waiting for a load, I've been fortunate enough to have dispatchers give me local work. It quickly adds up and sure beats sitting around. Made $170 in one day's work doing local, so I'll take it anytime I can. I'm under a load right now going to one of our terminals in Helena, MT that doesn't have to be there until Monday, so I've got a bit of time on my hands. It's good, cause it's getting close to Christmas and I don't want to be sent out east 5 days away from the 25th.
Keep up the good work guys and keep the posts coming. Glad to see this thread is a success. Well, a success with about 4 of you
Side note. S2B. I got pi##ed at you when you dropped the closing bomb. I was thinking "Why the hell didn't he tell me this on the phone........wait......he's fudging with us"right? lol. Must be that east coast air, getting to your head!

I'm a W/S driver with a big red truck, posting from an iPhone. I got out of the western loop and now I'm parked in the Pennsylvania snow, and I even got to slip and slide a bit today. For you newbies, here's a tip: when you deliver in the snow, don't expect the truck to handle the same once you're unloaded because taking weight off the trailer takes traction off your drives. I had no problem at all getting from the truckstop to the consignee today but getting back to the truckstop after delivery was a completely different story. Let's just say that while today wasn't a day off for me, I did get to do a little sledding. No harm done, though, and really just another days' work out here. I did see one of those white Penske Columbias pulling a W/S trailer up her today.
