Why are all of the buffet's being taken out?

let us not even forget the mustard, ketchup, and relish bottles, and the salt and pepper shakers at the tables.

even the packets of jams and jellies

dirty, disease infested items at the tables.

again, i used a napkin to handle those, and many times, i'd not even use any of them.

i know that we cannot always watch for everything, but jeez, it's out there, and with what we know about how covid has spread, no telling what lurks on those items at the table/counter.

in today's trucking world, in cab dinning, paper plates, plastic forks, spoons, knives are way better, cheaper and healthier for all.

sad to say, but the demise of the all you can eat buffets, (at truck stops at least) was a good thing.

 

the salad bars at lunch and dinner time, was great. i'd gorge on them more on the road, then i ever did at home.

then there was the desert bar, and the puddings...

i'd use a soup bowl, not a desert bowl, for my puddin's.......

 

Cancel culture at its finest. They don't want average citizens farming food, they want control of food, and water. Whats wrong with YOU GUYS? Wink Wink.

 

The next is the fast food places. Notice how they have all gone down in quality. Even though they have 90% of the food business. They will NOT even open for in store dining. You have to use the drive thur. We are not going to do fast food until we can eat inside, watch the cooks, make sure its CLEAN. Otherwise forget it.

 

ALL you can Eat Buffets were the BOMB for years and years and years............. What happened..... the PEOPLE that work there. Thats the PROBLEM

 

I went to grocery store today. Company truck has fridge and 1800 watt pure sine wave inverter and truck is wired for 120v. 4 regular plus just like at home. That part of reason no more buffet or truck stop restaurants. The trucks are better spec today. Closing the restaurants basically forced drivers to find another solution.

Drivers today except a fridge and inverter and microwave in the truck. The way trucking has changed you need that stuff in a truck today. Having to try to eat more healthy food plus ELDs forcing everyone to run legal. You can't always stop to and wait for truck stop restaurant.

 

We need all you can eat buffets in this Country. Too bad to see them close down. Like any business to be honest.

 

You used to NOT be afraid of viruses right? That is how you built an immune system. Not anymore. Someone sneezes and people stampede to get away for it and actually cause a lot more harm than good, over a sneeze. Remember, they always report the covid infections but **nothing** on the deaths.

 

Germs have been passed around for centuries, thats actually how Immunity is built by exposure.....counter to the current logic, our Immune system is quite capable of defending us, even from covid-19 which is just another flu type virus of the coronavirus family.....covid-19 has taught me how people dont understand the body is capable on its own and people are easily mislead.....
