Here in Central Oregon we don't need a full moon....we're stupid 24/7.

 

Mine was suddenly high. Never has been despite being20-40 lbs overweight for 25 yrs. heavy smoker, and salt user. BP was always perfect. Till a few yrs back. Blew it off, for a couple yrs. since my physical was good. Started taking the meds, had a heart attack. Arterial Sclerosis. I’ve been expecting it, long overdue somewhat based on Family history. Worth getting under control, one pill a day. One less risk. Could be an early sign. Best get checked out. I’m Lucky my heart recovered after about 8 mos. Best to get checked for blockages before having a Heart attack. Avoid heart damage. The tests and angioplasty/ stent procedure is virtually painless. Short one week downtime from Driving. Vs. 3 mos for Heart Attack w/ Stent.per DOT. Physical rules. Avoid the BS I had to go through.
