a lot has changed since 2003 sadly...mostly not good. Still some good areas, but it is all bleeding outwards from the "greater" Denver area. FoCo is cool if you are within the city limits, but going to and from is PITA, just like Loveland, etc. Place is non-stop BS. It is what you make of it ultimately I suppose!

All fine and dandy. But that's again why I'm looking at a travel trailer. Find a nice RV park near the work place and live out of that while I make my penny. After that, off into the night like a ghost!!
I will say that the only things I'd partake in are those cruiser bicycle rides in Boulder, and the train and plane museums. The underrated, top notch activities for me that usually get overshadowed by breweries, sports, and nature hikes. -
Before you buy an RV with plans on living in it, check RV park pricing. You may get a rude shock.
skinnytrucker Thanks this. -
At this point, the only people pressuring me to move up there are potential employers. The "natives" and people that claim to be them would rather you turn right around and exit stage left immediately.
