Travr works there as well. He might be in that division but I'm not sure.

They will put you through a simulation at the yard that kind of simulates the work a little bit. The simulated work is going to be harder than what you will actually be doing.
0.40 cpm per driver for all miles driven
30.00 per pick up
50.00 per drop
825.00 home time pay
There's no breakdown pay. They will always put you in a rental and get you back on the road.
You should average gross pay 1500 per week. It's 3 weeks on, 1 week off.
The way it usually goes down is you'll grab a food load at the Lancaster terminal, and you'll haul it to another FFE terminal close to where your run starts. You'll drop it off, get unloaded, then you drive empty to your first pick up. I ended up taking a lot of stuff from Lancaster to Ontario, or over to Atlanta.
The loading is a two-person job so that's why it's a team operation. But you and your partner will rotate driving shifts. So some days you will not even drive, you will just be riding along kind of acting as a "helper." You'll get a 3,000 mile run and you may only drive half of that in the week.
You drive a lot in large cities. So if driving in crowded metropolitan areas worries you, it wont for long. You'll get pretty used to it. We do not go to NYC.born&raisedintheusa, DC4L956, Chinatown and 1 other person Thank this. -
Isn't the new starting pay $.50 cpm for solo drivers?
