Tyson Foods to Require COVID-19 Vaccinations for its U.S. Workforce

How many times does a kid get bullied before they finally snap? Luckily im local so i do not travel out of state, but if i did, i would be going local, or looking for a different line of work.

 

That motivation ain't going no where. You'll always have ambitious people, you'll always have bums, you'll always have people that need just a little help. I am optimistic that one day jobs will pay livable wages and that it won't be as many who need some assistance. Whether it will be in our lifetime, I can't say. The assistance isn't vaulting people higher necessarily. Its supplemental income to make up for what their jobs don't a lot of times. I think that onus has to be put on employers to pay more, or the government has to regulate the right things. Don't let the costs of housing, child care, or other necessary things spiral out of control. One of those has to happen.

 

In many instances pre pandemic, you had to show some proof of working, or at least looking for work. The only way is if your disabled. It ain't as easy as it used to be...and these pandemic bennies ain't gonna last forever. I know in Tennessee, if a single mom seeks benefits, and she knows who fathered the child, the state is going after the father for child support. The mom don't even gotta file. Somebody has to pay for that stuff. Tennessee ain't the only state that does it. It happened to my cousin. His children's mother got Family First and they slapped 400 plus dollars on him, and some of that money is taxed, according to what I was told by a former government employee.

 

You know.........forget it...ain't even worth my time.

 

If minimum pay goes up, whether by regulation or the market deciding it, before long the lowest paying jobs won’t be a livable wage anymore.

 

Wages are always chasing inflation costs. Prices go up and then after a while people have to have higher wages to buy the same level of goods. Nothing is gained, unless you are those at the top of the wealth curve. Wealth climbs much faster than minimum wage.

 

Well donate your pay then, I guess. I don't know what to tell you. You are too liberal for me. But remember you can tell them you told me, you would provide. That's all I can say. Good luck with that. Maybe they will hit the powerball with some of that money. People get lazy if you provide everything for them, including/especially cash money, but since my advice is trash, you should double down. Whatever you do, do it with a smile.

PS- Those programs have failed everyone, everytime they have been tried. You are wrong. Big time. The first food stamps came out probably before you born. Just sad to have to argue with someone about providing for people that can Work For Themselves. TA/Petro, P-let, flying p, are all hiring. Why don't you take them to apply. Pay for them to take a drug/pot test too. Otherwise they will FAIL that as well. Geez.

I thought the same thing. Why dont they go drive a truck? Bryan manages to drive a truck and provide for his wife and 3 kids. Why cant these other people?

Oh, they cant drive a truck? Well they drive a car right? Sort of reminds me of how its racist to have people show their id to vote, but yet its perfectly normal to make people provide proof of vaccination. If they are too dumb to find the BMV, how are they smart enough to find the pharmacy?
