Just like germany, but they get checked out once a week, not after every client. Suppose that 8 of their jobs had aids. Why risk it? That is like playing russian roulette with an automatic.

In Nevada, they are required to use condoms.

Every client is required to wear a condom, and the girls are checked for gonorhea and chlamydia on a weekly basis, and they are checked for syphillis and HIV on a monthly basis.

Personally, t'were I choosing to utilize the services of a prostitute - I'd much prefer patronizing a place where prostitution is legal, the male clients have to wear condoms, and the girls receive regular medical checks, than some skank nasty crack ho who bounces from truck to truck!

    That's certainly your perogative.

IMHO - Legalized prostitution is a decision best left up to the individual states. I may not agree with a state that decides to legalize prostitution, physician-assisted suicide, medical use of marijuana, same-sex marriage, or any of a whole host of other issues, but I respect their right do to so.

Truthfully, it's an issue that will probably never raise its head here in the Magnolia State - the county I live in is dry, and a referendum to allow liquor-by-the-drink just barely passed in a local community, and that only because they found a loophole in the law.
