LIttle does he realize all he's doing is solidifying our argument that COMPANY POLICY dictates pretrip inspections, not DOT POLICY.
I typed out a long, well thought out post with tons of evidence backing up my position and he just overlooks it. Why? Because he doesn't want to admit he's been duped by his company. It's ok, really, lot's of drivers have been.Last edited: Sep 7, 2021

So had he done a pre-trip and ran over the dude, he would be off the hook? What if the dude crawled under the truck AFTER the pre-trip, what then? Is he still negligent? At what point is it the responsibility of the dude on the ground to NOT lay under an 18 wheeler?Last edited: Sep 7, 2021
