"You should note that anyone with a CDL is considered to be legally drunk with a blood alcohol content of .04%, half of the limit for non-CDL holders."

does this apply to CDL holders driving there own personal 4 wheelrs or is it just CDL holders driving commercial vehicles?

It applies to every vehicle you drive Tractor Trailer, car, golf cart, lawn mower, you name it, anything you drive I guess except for a horse or something like that.

Not in any of the states I have researched. You have a link proving otherwise?

Several of the sites I looked at stated the same as this attorney.

    link http://azdrunkdrivinglawyer.com/dui-in-arizona.html

The legal limit in Arizona is 0.08. A BAC of 0.150 or higher leads to the extra charge of Extreme DUI, which has much tougher penalties according to Arizona DUI Law. For persons driving a commercial vehicle requires a CDL, the legal limit is 0.04. For "minors" under 21 years of age, any measurement of alcohol in the system is illegal.

I am sure they would not list it this way if it wasn't.

I don't believe in it either. I lost a brother in law to one, and I have lost many nights to many of them when they wreck in my area.

I just believe in providing correct information.
