Very worst case....you can take someone to small claims court for under 100 bucks with no attorney. you can only sue for low amounts, here in ohio it's $5000.00, but that's better then a hot stick in the eye if you cant afford an attorney

It was a Ryder trialer which I returned yeterday and now they are avoideing my calls. I spoofed the caller ID to fake a number and guess what he answered... I am sitting down with an attorney tomorrow.
they have voilated leasing laws so I am going to report them, just need to figure out how. -

You could take them to small claims court on each load suing on one load at a time to keep the amount under the court limit, after the first 2 or 3 case they may just pay you up.

I expect that you will be awarded the full settlement, but you better lien their personal property, ie real estate, personal vehicles, bank accounts (which can be frozen by court order). Go after everything....
