There's a difference between American couples and Brazilian couples with regards to managing finances and who gets what in case of a divorce. And I guess that varies from country to country.
I have noticed that American women seem to have more rights than American men when it comes to distribution of money and assets after a divorce... that is, if they have kids and the woman makes less money than the man... but I have also seen guys who don't pay child support to their ex-wives even if the ex-wife is the one taking care of the kids...
Nowadays so many women work out of home and make enough money to contribute at home... IMO, the guys who let their women take "all" their money are doing something wrong.... and should know better before marrying....

Yes. Women want to be equals up until the divorce. Then they want to be victims and supported. Sadly.
A steel ring around the neck. Is much cheaper than a gold ring around the finger.Eldiablo, singlescrewshaker, jamespmack and 3 others Thank this. -
Unfortunately so many people, men and women, don't really understand the meaning and purpose of a marriage. And many make so many stupid mistakes when they marry.... It's easy to put the blame on the other half.... when in fact they should check themselves.... and their motives for entering a wrong relationship...
BTW, there's a thing called pre-marital agreement, or something like that I think all couples should discuss in depth before marrying... but how many really do that?Eldiablo, dwells40, singlescrewshaker and 5 others Thank this. -
A couple years ago, I joined a motorcycle club. Because of all the OSOW routing, I knew every backroad there was in North America and could trip plan like a mutha. They voted me as the road captain and the club prez wanted me to whip the club in shape. So he thought. The problem came in where some of the full patch members would duck walk their bikes. Nope. There was a 2 drink max on steel. Nope. If you carried a sidearm, you had to have the CCW and carry 1 in the chamber. Had to have insurance and a valid license. Had to be able to do the figure 8s at walking speed. Had to be able to ride tombstone and have throttle control if you didn’t have cruise. Had to have good conduct in public. MC’s do lots of charity work and so you can’t be rolling around like an Arse, pissing motorists off.
No one really wants to ride. They want the patches so they can stand in a parking lot and act really tough. I’m too old to be tough, but I will ride 200 miles just to get lunch. So, of course the members and I clashed. Prez folded and I was alone. Fine, here’s your cut back. No hard feelings.
When you’re out and about on steel, you’re going to meet some cool people. They will invite you to their rides and their events. Don’t let them suck you into that MC stuff. Especially if you really like to ride. The more that you like to ride, the more you’re going to clash.Eldiablo, dwells40, singlescrewshaker and 7 others Thank this. -
