    @GPD, nice month but I couldn't run that hard. I like 4 days out but I live where there is a lot of freight and it pays decent year round.

    I should try what you did sometime but I'm getting older and set in my ways.

    Is 5.2mi/gal normal for your truck? I've seen seen newer freightliners in the 7-8.5mi/gal range.

    That's one thing that sucks in reefer world you'll see shorter runs under 500 miles with a late delivery the following day that basically eats up 2 days. Even though rates are solid right now it's still a challenge to get the right (imo) compensation on those to meet those daily revenue goals. And multi-droppers too.

    My average is 5.63 overall. My truck isn't the most aerodynamic thing, and I drive it like I stole it.
