Many could of helped, few actually did.

Driver what did you do to help? This is just a excuse for you to continue doing what youve always done. Now you are just tring to justify it.

 

I'd like to know about the liability driving a truck when a company has shut down . Get in an accident and Arrow's insurer will say you weren't authorized to be driving it .

 

Why? Do you have some sort of monopoly on what is and what isn't a valid form of protest against a company?

Or, do I detect a bit of hypocrisy? Somehow it's acceptable for you to inconvenience me with your actions, but it's not acceptable for me to inconvenience you?

 

Well heck I took a couple weeks off to spend with my family so maybe you could help me out with some money for fuel Why is it anyone's responsibility to cover others mistakes?? That was great of swift to offer what they did and for the people that helped drivers out I applaud you. If I worked for a company as a company driver and they told me to take their truck to the nearest dealer to turn in you can bet that I would B/T their truck to MY house and tell them to come a pick up THEIR truck once I got home. Yeah it might cost me a few hundred $$ to get home but at least I would be home and no stranded some where with all my stuff hoping for a "free" bus ticket. You have to watch out for your self and your family.

 

If you make 200k what are you doing hanging out in truck stops? Every one heard your point.
I bet if these truck stops would have gave these drivers fuel they would have raised their price and the rest of us would have paid in the long run. That is how it works.
The real STINKER in this story is that ARROW did this to their drivers on Christmas week. It affected drivers, their wives,their children,and loved ones. Their timing was brutal.
