Most are going to county and city police forces that don't require the jab. Its only the Executive Branch of Mass Government, which encompasses the State Troopers, that requires the jab.

so some poor SOB gets into an accident, his arm is falling off, his wife and kids are choking in their own blood, and no one shows up..???

Nobody is waiting for an opportunity like this. Not only are the police resigning no one wants to be a cop. Why would anyone in their right mind want to be a cop?

Not only that there are generations of families that are police and the police officers with other police officers are very close-knit. They are telling their family and friends not to become police officers.

I have no idea how they're going to recruit new officers but that is not an easy task. And whoever else can is getting the hell out as soon as they can.

 

One resignation equals 20%?

 

Wonder how many in this thread realize MA has a Republican Governor, lol
