    I heard saia pays for health insurance after so many years of service, is that true if so is it somewhat comparable to union health insurance outfits?

    Gratis after 10 years. However, without a contract, it won't be guaranteed. With the way healthcare costs in this country continue to skyrocket, I don't know if I could faithfully bank on that benefit being there ten years down the road.

    As far as the quality of the health insurance, I was very happy with it when I was there.
