Ever heard of a joke? You're the one that keeps saying you'll stop eating at places that you have to tip at so fast food places would quickly become your choice of dining

I only tip when I get good sevice.
I never tip at a fast food place like Subway
If I'm at a place that adds 15% for a tip and the service is bad I ask that the tip be removed and I tell them why, If they don't remove it I deduct it myself.
If I'm at a place that adds 15% for a tip and recieve exceptional service...I'll put more money on the table over and above the 15%.

Last time I had my truck washed they did such a good job that I tipped each of the guys $10...It cost me an extra $40 but it was worth it!

You got it Mr. It's all about service period. Too many people take whatever they are given now days and are too cowardly to say "great job" or " this sucks and here is why". Went to high dollar steak house in FTW a few months ago. Everyone gets Cowboy ribeye. All were perfect except one guys wife. Sat there and whined about it but refused to say anything. I finally called waiter over and told him she was pizzed. She about had a heart attack. But he took it back and brought her a perfect steak like the rest of us had. No different anywhere else. It all comes down to management. Good manager make sure things are done right. 15% has been standard for years. I will always adjust that according to what kind of service I got. Fast food like Subway I never consider tipping.

In the casinos, it is called "hustling for tips"..quickest way to get fired...NO HUSTLING

Whenever I see a "Tip Jar"...unless on the piano in the Piano Bar...it is instant NO TIP from me...if you have to beg for a tip, you obviously don't have enough service in you to earn the tip!
