    Hi.

    Anyone has the Paccar MX13 EPA 10 troubleshooting manual?

    I working in a Paccar MX13 EPA 10 engine with serious fuel problems in the fuel unit pumps 4,5 and 6. wiring harnes and components are brand new.

    Printouts or fault codes would help tremendously, but let me take a swing here.

    My guess is you have recurring voltage faults for 4,5,6 unit pumps. The injector and unit pump drivers are split inside the PCI(ECM). 1,2,3 are common shared driver and 4,5,6 are also common shared driver. This holds true for unit pumps as well as fuel injectors. You have already replaced unit pumps and the harness, only one component left? Needs a PCI.

    This is just a wing off the info you provided and troubleshooting should always be followed, but the above is my suspicion of your issue.

    I can get you what you need TS wise. Let me know what you need. Please share last 8 of chassis.

    thanks you for the information.

    I have these fault code.

    P0108 = Boost-pressure sensor F802 - ECU pin A51 signal voltage too high
    P0217 = Engine cooling system - The temperature is too high
    P0219 = Engine speed - Overspeed
    P1234 = Cylinder 5 pump unit (B135) - short circuit across ECU pin A28 and ECU pin A27
    P1242 = Cylinder 6 pump unit (B136) - short circuit across ECU pin A32 and ECU pin A31
    P1250 = Cylinder 4 pump unit (B134) - short circuit across ECU pin A35 and ECU pin A36

    Kenworth T800.
    VIN: 303972 (I only see 6)

    Your 8 is CJ303972
    Your top 3 faults are permanently stored codes to the PMCI and cannot be cleared but should always remain Inactive. If the fault counts increase then look into them.

    The published TS steps for P1242 and P1250 are the same for P1234. Just different circuits.

    I'm going to do the tests but I already called the dealer and he told me that the Ecm's are lasting up to 3 months.

    You are correct, they are on the BO parts list along with alot of other electronic parts.

    I just finished the tests and I only did them to confirm that the ECM is faulty.

    Everything with the correct information is accomplished quickly and accurately.
