Ill Have to check but after two clutches the brand seems like it wouldn’t be pertinent? I hadn’t even got the bill yet. :|

Sounds like a linkage is out of adjustment. If it’s a hydraulic clutch then I don’t have any ideas other than maybe a bad master cylinder.

I’ve always used eaton ….. I’ve heard of trouble with some other brands. Some even say they’ll slip a bit when new. That’s hearsay and I don’t believe it…….

    your mx a 1850..? I’d always go with a 2050 clutch in that case…..

the pedal adjustment now is the key…..I’d bet it’s topped out/ no freeplay

I’ll check the free play but #### you would think it would be correct. I didn’t notice it being at the top which I think I would have. It’s only x15 1650 torque. I’ve never felt this type of thing. For example 13 gear incline, 35k, full throttle, 1200 rpm.... it’ll jump up to 14 or 1500 before rolling back out. Super strange. And it’s fine while cold, but after 10 miles or so it starts acting up.

The truck started life as a self adjusting. The first time it was replaced they went back with a self adjusting. Now, KW out a manual adjust in it. Still F’d.

Taking it back to KW Monday but I’m under the gun as I have a new guy starting Monday that fills my trucks. Luckily I have one guy on vacation next week so my local driver can drive that truck. I need this fixed!

Manual clutch adjustment setup is good. Trans brake will wear a clutch. But unless it’s done very poorly I can’t see it wearing that fast. A bad flywheel will cause slippage. And if it was not resurfaced correctly it would cause your symptoms. But I hate guessing, and I’m sure your at your wits end with this thing.
