Yeah, I like the way you think. A Truck can be a precious commodity right now. Have 3 yrs to go on my outfit as I write. Could easily pay it off quickly right now.
One pc. at a time. Yeah!!!! Always said there was money in a Truck dear brother. Oh! There's honey in the Rock for You! Interesting times! Hang in there.

Yep. Farmer that I'm hauling for hasn't replaced any of his tractors for that reason.

The irony of cat getting out of on highway engines because of the emissions only to have to put them on their off highway engines....

Yeah he's told me that Cummins are super easy. That's what this dpf came off of, guy had just had it worked on and then had another problem and was going to need to replace the entire can.

Gave them a few more years of development time.

I was told by one of the technical trainers that one of the reasons Cat pulled out of truck engines was because it was such a small slice of their business it wasn't worth supporting anymore.

Yeah, that's what I've seen. There's quite a few cat engines on the road. I find that excuse hard to believe.

Flint1, cke, PoleCrusher and 3 others Thank this.

I don't know about AG equipment. Never worked on that stuff although I tried getting on at a few dealers last spring.
