Its growing on me. I like the W990 a lot more now. Looks really slick with the chopped roof for car hauling. kenworth-52-inch-flat-roof-sleeper-650.jpg

Saw this beast in the flesh yesterday. Still looks good. The owner used to deliver equipment for a shop I used to work at. Remember him showing me build pictures back in late 2014.

It's fun to look back on the cars of our youth. My grandma had a Hudson she bought new. I think it was the only new car she ever had. Seen a Studebaker pickup the other day I tried to talk the guy out of. Didn't work. Seen a power wagon today that was too far gone or I would have snatched it up in a heartbeat.

Edit: I remember slamming my thumb in the door of my uncle's brand new 359 when I was a kid. They lived next door and when he brought it home, he came over and got me. As I was getting out, he helped me close the door because I couldn't do it. The door actually latched with my thumb in it.....lol. still remember that about 35 years later....lol

    RIP ol Buck 09/92- 9/16/21
    Total job

Bout 6 or 7 days into being sick with the rona, just emptied out in Hollywood FL & making a run for the home 20. I595 westbound, bout 90 seconds into a rain shower, come over the rise of an overpass to 5 lanes blocked. Got on the brakes & she started folding up. Let up & tried to steer into it but it was already over..

Thankfully I didn't take any other motorist out..

    Mine aren't heated....unfortunately...
And one just burnt out. I know @Tug Toy and @singlescrewshaker both have heated led headlights.. maybe they will chime in.. I'm still trying to score a set of the single square vocational pete headlights.
