Man if a Cuban ever got served it I bet they’d fight someone in the kitchen. I oughta ordered the steak or the chicken and kept it local.

 

I've never met a Cuban in Ohio. I'll send you pics if I find one tomorrow. Maybe I can buy you dinner Sunday? Not sure exactly when I'll be up there. I'm going to Boston for Monday.

 

What all is in a Cuban sandwich? Special bread? Spices?

 

Thats like trying to find good mexican food in montana. I was ready to fight the cook when i found peas in my spanish rice. What kind of nonsense... Who puts peas in spanish rice.

A sandwich that is made from Cuban bread*, Ham, roasted pork and cheese, with pickle and a mustard sauce. Here in the US, it is mostly known in Florida. It seems to be an adaptation from a well known sandwich made in Cuba.

 

If you get one made by a cuban it’s banging!
