Not sure who they are, but you did not say what they were paying? So it will be hard to say if it is low or not. OTR pay differs based mostly on years of experience.

I'm sorry i didnt put that info in.
experience rate per mile
2-3 yrs .32
3-4 yrs .33
4-5 yrs .34
5 + yrs .35
those rates are for a company driver pulling a van. are those rates ballpark or low?Last edited: Dec 30, 2009

Taylor Trucking in Northfield, MN is a small family owned company. Rob Taylor is the owner. Great guy!!!
They have the best bunch of girls in the payroll department. Never any mistakes on your pay. Always get your pay!!!
They have a good customer base. Averaged 2800-3200 miles per week.
Good equipment. Very good PM service. They have Freightliners and Volvos.
This past summer they cut all drivers pay by .02cpm.
I left because they pay by HHG miles. I lost about 9-12% UNPAID miles every month. For the year it was 10,348 unpaid miles!!!
Overall, a very good company with good people!!! -

Min Star is a up and coming company owned by same people that own Transport21. As far as Taylor, I drive for em now and you will get miles with em. I average 3000 a week EZ. Also Min Star is dry van and all O/O. Have a bud thats leased to them and hes also getting 3000+ a week
