    #### man, it’s getting out of hand. Where I’m starting to think maybe somehow someway something’s not lining up or bent out of shape enough so it causes an issue but can’t be seen with the naked eye.

I appreciate it man. I used to get REAL F’n hot about things much smaller even. Over time as my operation grew I began having chest pains and premature graying hair! I had to learn to cool it and control my emotions. I do gotta say it helped when I started making enough money that ever last thousand wasn’t so dire. Guess I had to learn how to make money too. This is a tough ### business as you know.

That’s how I feel as well. Something is off somewhere in regard to tolerances and such. Has to be. They are working on it right now so we’ll see.

I would want trans on the ground, reinspect input shaft for wear, measure center of clutch friction disks hubs, center of flywheel, clutch friction disk orientation. Look for hot spots in ceramic, hot spots on flywheel.

Wear pattern on clutch and flywheel might tell alot.

Eaton has told them to replace the air regulator. That it’s not letting the clutch fully engage or disengage. In the mean time they took one of their used trucks off the lot and letting us use it for free. I just say, that’s #### decent.

Don't get it. The clutch is engaged all the time as soon as its bolted to flywheel. Its a pull type clutch. Only linkage releases it. If measurements in adjustment are correct how is the clutch releasing with out human involvement?

I honestly have no idea. It’s beyond my comprehension at this point. I know common sense and regular mechanic type things but nothing advanced. Especially when it comes to the new fangled stuff on new trucks. Anymore, I just focus on business aspects and I expect the trucks to do their part of being driven down the road.

I appreciate the help and insight tho man.

How skilled is your driver? If you take off cold and never use the pedal, does it still slip when hot?

Is it possibly something in the pedal assy not returning fully, still holding on the master cylinder.
