You know, I've thought about that.
They pay decent hourly, maybe around $25.
But there's 3 things holding me back:
    1. I'm a door slammer, aka, a lazy ##.
Dragging those pipes looks very labor intensive.
    2. It's an all weather kinda gig. Like I gotta stand outside while the stuff pours in the ground without my help in the rain and whatnot. I'm not sure I'd be amenable to that.
    3. I've spent an entire lifetime being a dip****. I feel like knowing the difference between unleaded and diesel might be a challenge.

But I'm still thinking about it

Well, I'm going to bed, so you'll just have to wait.
But please pull forward from the fuel island .

Opus we will run out cat food with out diesel. It will be very uncivilized. Dave yelling at his cat to kill the birds at the public park.

$25 an hour is not even enough. I'm thinking it needs to be moar in the $40's plus perks.

Day late, and a dollar short.
I've got Cream of Mushroom soup to last me a lifetime.
And, no, you can't have any

There's loads available for $8 and $9 mile. Non hazmat.

No one taking them. I wonder where the number is going to be for stuff going to the tundra regions in another month lol.

    Well that was unexpected.

Called Home Depot to see cost of getting a full skid of bricks delivered.

Got a kid on the phone that actively tried to figure out what I wanted. He called folks and figured out that a full skid was 576 bricks and they would need to drop one down from the racks.

He got all the info he needed in the system to figure out that delivery would be free, Unfortunately Monday would be the earliest. (I figured it would end up being Wed/Thursday and called for entertainment more than expecting a good response)

If I were a team player Monday would have been great. But I would really like the stuff Saturday so I can tighten up my parking area.

Let him know that I would need to pick it up in 2 batches cause of weight limit on the pickemup. He pushed a few buttons so that I am now set up to start picking it up Sat early morning.

Kid was flustered and stressing (sounded like being pulled in 8 directions at once) but kept it together and delivered an overall good customer experience.

May have to go by and give him a good review with Management.

Is one of the perks watching the junkies shoot up down town at night, Oh and the prostitutes working the street?

Not sure even $40 an hour is enough to unsee that kinda stuff on a regular basis.
