No kidding. And to make matters worse, it was another professional driver who did the stupid that ultimately got me screwed over... one of them hotshotters. Guy had a load of corrugated pipe on the back. And of course, I had that load of steel pipe I posted here... IDK. That whole US Pipe load was cursed as #### from the get go

I start learning to operate a heavy wrecker on Monday. Got a pretty good offer, and it should be an interesting change of pace

Ive always wondered but never been able to ask. Those really thin wood pieces in pics 3 and 4 . what are those used for ? do you know? They almost look like they would make paper out of them ? I see so many trucks hauling that stuff. Sometimes stacked 3 and 4 bundles high

Veneer is used in the manufacture of plywood. It's pretty much one of the byproducts of processing the raw logs

I used to be firmly against cameras. Now, I've done a 180. I wouldnt dream of not having atleast a dash cam. That dash cam has saved my ### and paid for itself a few times now!

I've always been a fan of cameras that the driver controls... not so much ones furnished by the company, though

Yeah, I wouldn't know anything about company cameras, but I've heard the stories.....no thanks. However, I do see both sides of that story. You have to protect your assets.
