Where the Rotella t4 at!?

It’s the additive package that oil suppliers add to the oil that’s the problem. There’s a shortage of these additives available right now, and so the suppliers can’t sell oil with out adding these additives into the product.

 

So your the guy who started the whole toilet paper thing huh?

 

I'm telling you. There were truck loads of Rotella showed up in Socal from somewhere a few days ago, and were looking to be moved.

 

Went to Tractor Supply in my area today. All they had was “Traveler” brand oil. Never heard of it..,anybody know if this is any good? They had 5 gallon buckets of it, but I didn’t get any…was hesitant since it wasn’t a brand I recognize.

 

That's their store brand.

 

Yes, Traveler is the house(generic)brand. It may be packaged by Shell, or Mobil, or Citgo, or Chevron, or any number of independent motor oil refineries.

 

Had a drum delivered to the shop the other day after someone said they were struggling getting oil. I change the oil at another shop that has a 300 gallon tote of oil that gets topped off every month. So this is just for top off and maybe a full oil change in a pinch? I also bought 2 cases of grease a few months ago too.

 

Sitting on 12 gallons of T6 for whenever I start back up ……alway kept the next change in the garage beforehand.Walmart was like $22 a gallon….
