I think companies and their insurance carriers are even more fearful of one of their drivers going to sleep at 64 mph and then running over a school bus and 27 other vehicles before starting on fire in a large metro area.

That would be nice. The right Shop, with a living area. Good investment for the future, whether you build a house later, or use the sale to make buying another easy. Hardest part buying is the down pymt and escroll. First ones the hardest, after that no upfront cash is needed for next place. Usually anyways.

IIRC my the 2 wells my dad has had punch over the last 20 years were around 160 feet to get good clear, cold water. But if you dont mind running a sand filter there are some places you can get plenty of water with a 20 foot sandpoint well.

Yeah, my wife and I both liquidated our retirements to get the necessary upfront cash to buy this place last year.... But it was well worth it.

In Columbus, MS, between the Luxpalila and Tombigbee rivers, my brother in law drove down 20 feet of well point, stuck on a little pitcher pump, and watered his garden for free. Higher up here in Tupelo, have to go a little deeper. Dirt, rock, sand, dirt, more rock, as layers. Drillers have been known to move as far away as possible; staying on the property, to make a hole.

They have created 40,% more money the last two years. So a $1 dollar used to chase what a $1.40 chases now. Actually it's going to take awhile for the 1.40 to get into the economy.
