I haven't, but early on in my driving I had multiple times when I ran my full 11 (and somebody elses) only to fall asleep after parking with my head on the wheel. Wake up sometime later to movement beside me and jammed the brakes with them already set. I've also gotten paranoid more than once and ran back to the truck because I couldn't remember if I'd set the brakes.

Now the worst experience I've had was due to the bender system for tire inflation while I was parked. I had tractor brakes released and trailer brakes set because I was having issues with truck not wanting to idle or start correctly, and I was waiting on the shop while it was below freezing. There was a bad check valve in the system and basically tire air pressure was backfiring allowing the brakes to not be set completely, this isn't supposed to be possible. Anyways, while reading I notice the truck beside me backing in, then it dawned on me the guy had already parked earlier. I did manage to jam the brakes moments before slamming into a guy who was going through the lot, but it still scared the crop out of me.

Just stopped by Ryder, parts are supposed to arrive tomorrow, windshield is also supposed to be replaced tomorrow. Perhaps by Friday I'll have a load out. Not really in a rush to hit the road, but also like seeing black numbers in the account rather than red ones.

GM announced they’re going to drop the pre screen test. Better buy that Vette quick.

Dude was behind the wheel. Apparently unaware of how the foot brake works as well.

    Sitting at the shipper
Load was supposed to be ready last night
At noon, they said it might be ready in an hour

    It's getting old......me too

If you look you can see he'd been standing up. Ben said he'd been looking for his wallet in the back when the event started. It's a painful learning experience.
