We have now moved the load 848.1 miles South of the bad place and now it's 66F.

    The OM is pleased.

Spend a few bucks... Get a "wedge" and put your pillow on it.
Two pillows will not accomplish this. It is to get your carcass aligned upward, keeping the head and chest above the belly and bottom.
You want to try it on the cheap??? OK. 4 pillows , same size... A small blanket.
Stack two pillows against headboard. Place the third pillow in front of these (toward footboard).
Fold the blanket into a thickness to match this stack size and drape over this stack. You now have a "ramp"..
Place the 4th pillow on top against headboard. For your head. All set/arranged.
Further details for first time users....
Fold covers (if used) down 2/3rd way of bed. Sit on side of bed. Left hip in line with bottom of "ramp". Lean back and collapse on to your left side on to the ramp stack.
Bring your legs/feet on board, working underneath the covers (if used). Align yourself with the bed, lying on you back.
All set and feeling very unorthodox. If you are not sleepy at the time, should have took 2 Tylenol PM. 30 minutes earlier.
Can't sleep on your back? Simple, just carefully hike and twist your self to right or left, keeping in line with ramp.
The head on the pillow is higher than the shoulder.. The shoulder is higher than your chest. Both are higher than your belly.
(You don't like this? You do not think it will work. I have slept this way for the last 3 to 4 years, just as described. May not work for you.)

During my growing up to present age, beer and "the law" have been in conflict at times. I always considered insurance.
Risk management as in: Concealment, route variations, it ain't mine, just taking it to dump, etc. Even worked a time or two.

I can honestly say that I went out today without pants on. The Fresh Market, Target and Tujays didn't have a problem with it.

    Granted. I was wearing shorts.

    Okay then, I shall.

What is up with people nowadays getting so many piercings and tattoos. Guys wearing earrings, both sexes have facial piercings. There is nothing attractive about nose and lip rings.
And tattoos confuse me, most are ugly, boring, and no deep thought put into them, seen 10 you've pretty much seen them all. If someone wants to stand out from the crowd today, the way to do it is be tattoo and facial piercing free. Man boobs, man buns, and man purses are not attractive. Rolls of fat, huge butts, saggy breasts, and muffin tops, look horrible ladies. Put the cheetos down, and go for a 20 km hike instead.
And if you are having trouble figuring out what sex you are, go take a shower, while washing your privates, do they hang out, or not. If they do you are male, if not you're female, it really isn't difficult to figure out.

Lol. I saw some current Cultive personality saying She’s getting some removed, now that she has a child. She said What was I thinking? I can’t believe the trend has lasted this long. I won’t delve into my opinions about “improving” ones own body. It’s their choice. It’s not for Me though. To be so focused on ones own body doesn’t seem healthy. I question the motives of older folks trying to fit in. Younger ones I understand. They’re insecure. Older ones? Out of touch with reality maybe? Oops I’ve said too much. As a kid I was told by older Guys never carry a gun, their for Cowards. Never get a tattoo, it’s positive ID. Lol. I guess they thought I was headed for a life of crime. All that’s changed. Tattoos and pistols. Gotta have at least one. Lol.

If i roll onto my back? The mass off my stomach will suffocate me. I am currently 474. The last time I was able to sleep on my back was when I weighed 450. It isnt from a lack of trying. Yet because the air has turned colder here. The bod is packing on the weight regardless of me eating less. The bulk of this apnea will disappear if I can get below 468. Believe me, I am trying.
