Have you considered just buy a pair of automatics, and then selling your manuals. Sounds like a nightmare to me, trying to convert them. You would even be cutting into the cab, and making filler plates for other parts of the cab, such as where the clutch pedal used to be. Who knows if the bell housings are the same, drive shaft lengths, cross members, mounting controls, will the engines computers talk to the transmission properly, and likely 200 other things that could cause trouble.
My pickup is an automatic, would love for it to be a manual, but no way am I willing to go for the swap over nightmare. Oneday I might sell my 2014 F150, and buy a manual transmission pickup. Buying a different truck seems the correct choice. If you buy a 1.5 million miler, just rebuild the engine and suspension in it.
