I'm right there with you... I'm sitting at about 66 hrs since I started this week at 2345 Sunday night. And I volunteered to deliver the load I'm currently under plus 1 more after that tomorrow morning. Dispatch sent a mass text asking for help tomorrow, I figured it was better to volunteer and pick which load I wanted than get stuck with the loads nobody wants to do.

He reached the point of: "It loses it's glamor, once you prove you can do it.". And wisely began to devote his efforts to the more worthwhile portion. Many owners continue to fight an uphill challenge when a clean cut of the non productive is needed. Cut your losers, send the money on the way it is coming back.
Learn to say no to losing propositions. Your friends will want you to work free, your enemies will not even use you, so... You got to get out, do business and become respected for your operational reputation. (You and your mean you and sis)
