You know.. I hear so many sides to the lease.. One says their piss poor broke.. Another says he's puttin his kids thru private school and buyin a new challenger.. I just can't find two people with the same opion on leasing..

At times I want to finish out the lease on my company w9.. Its only got a year to go.. Other times I can't wait to leave central in a few months.. I mean some people are keepin their heads above water on a lease... Right??!!??

Quite welcome. You have been such a guiding light. Folks just need to realize that when you become an owner-op, lease-op etc you are now a business owner. The money seems very enticing, but there is a huge cost.

Unless you are a trainer or a teem it is very difficult to cover the daily expenses, much less make a killing.

I am a rookie driver, but have experience running businesses.

Start simple. Make sure that this is the life and then open your ears and eyes before you leap into such an arrangement.:biggrin_2557:

Well to be fair he did tell me to call him if I have any questions, but there's plenty of other more pleasant drivers out there. I did text him though and ask if our miles and hours came in for our final day and got no response. I wasn't aware of the 6 month thing though. I also have my second trainer's number though so I could also call him.

Appreciate that George. It was good to meet you. Hope I didn't look too glazed during the rocket science introduction. I was interested but genuinely exhausted!

Oh the joys I have to look forward to! Hope to see you out and about; hopefully on a planned 10!

Ya I'm gonna agree with 6PAK on this one. My trainer was crazy always used to lose his glasses then blame me for hidding them. One of my better experiences in life. :)

Sorry I'm spamming up this page. Any of you use rewards or sky miles credit cards? I want to get the best one and run my road expenses on it (and any big point purchases that I can't construe as tax deducible expenses) I'm looking at the CapitalOne No Hassle, Citi PremierPass, Chase Sapphire (Is that a Visa, MC, or WTH?), and maaayyybe the Delta card. Any thoughts?
