    Remember some (90's?)Chevys. GM issued a template. Pull RH steer wheel. Mark the back area of inside fender covering with the template. Cut out the opening. R and R the core, cover the opening you cut with the sheet metal plate furnished, seal with rubber cement furnished, fasten with 4 self tapping screws furnished. Duck soup, if you had fire, water, and a duck close.

    Heater cores one of the hardest job on any car. I’ve only done one on a 63 Plymouth. That’s probably as simple as they get. It was a pita. Some old Chevys or Fords had acess from Under the hood on firewall. That’s a great idea. My old FLDs a piece of cake. Wonder about the newer Trucks.

    Mid 80's f250 is a breeze, behind the glove box and you know when it goes out immediately because the passenger starts screaming at you.
