What boots do you wear while working?

Danner 8" Bull Runs are serious quality. Absolutely no weird lining and thick but flexible leather. They're awesome in the Summer and during the Winter I wear really thick military arctic socks with them. I've had the same pair since 2015. They've been resoled only with a Vibram sole. They get punished year round and I do open deck work. I've no doubt they'll last another 5 years easy.

 

Danner socks look good also.

But no extra wide. Bummer.

 

Sorry, I didn't know that. That is unfortunate. They're the only place I know that makes a real boot. It's nearly impossible to find a full 100 percent leather boot these days that doesn't have some type of lab made liner in it. These gortex etc are made of nasty chemicals that don't breathe and suffocate your feet.

 

I wear flip flops in all weather conditions.

Ok, I know a lot of these aren't ideal for just driving, but depending on what I am doing I wear these:


Then of course there are the basic moccasins which are nice to slip on when driving.

 

My brand new boots, purchased just last night. These bring my total to 15 pairs of boots.

 

I can just picture how many shoes you have, a side from your work attire collection…..
