The American Heart Association has been saying this for awhile. Spoiler Alert : They say the same about one or two beers a day. Helps prevent heart disease and other things. According to George Burns...Bad women, good whiskey, and a cigar will keep you healthy and alive. Let's go with Lebron James though for health advice.
