I don't think quitting this early is that big of a detriment. Just explain to the next one that it was a bad training fit, you didn't want to tear things up, and they were too small of a carrier to provide you with a new trainer.
I wasn't a good fit with my first trainer starting out. The company was big enough to give me a new guy and it went perfectly well.
Frustrated with new job-what to do?

OP- Your going to find this common in trucking. Many drive trucks cause that’s all they can do. Daily I see drivers washing feet in sinks, using their hands as toilet paper and dropping butt bottles in bathroom stalls, or dress inappropriate when at a shipper or receiver. Trucking is about the most bottom of the barrel jobs. I feel bad for you son, just hang in there. I hope you will become one of the exceptions. Quality over comfort Sir!
