Just measured on the map..... My place is about 40 miles from the St, Helens caldera. I live on the upwind side so not overly concerned with ash fall.

I was also smart enough to do my research when I moved up here (also part of my due diligence when purchasing) and was aware that there is a volcano over there. Unlike some fools that don't realize they are in a flood plane, blizzard prone area, hurricane impacted zone, or tornado alley

But figured the probability of a catastrophic event on this side of the mountain from the volcano is probably less than the probability of a nuke hitting the area I grew up in. Pretty sure the USSR had half a dozen warheads on rotation between a dozen different targets in that area.

Today we woke up late, had leftover Turkey. Wife fell asleep in her chair holding the remote. I’m just getting wound up. It’s gone from 52 to 32 in 24 hrs. This means some cold outside work. Big storm out west is heading this way. Tomorrow it’s ham, that turkey makes us Lazier than we already are. Need to look at the Truck yet. Not used to having Truck problems. Has to be something simple and minor. I don’t need any expensive surprises.

    It was hysterical.

Officer Mcwalkmuch was fat, clumsy, and about the most uncoordinated person I've ever set eyes on. It was funny, there is no way that I couldn't laugh.

I've decided since we're emotionally and psychologically damaged due to the virus, and are now afraid, of everything, instead of using my government paid free retraining to become a gynecologist, as was the original plan, we are going to become volcanologists.

We will however deliver this load INSIDE THE COMMUNIST STATE today.

First there must be BACON and potato pancakes.

I'm very afraid of what and/or who you would eat if there was another potato famine.
