DEF at pump price has reached $3.99 per gallon.
    Actually higher than fuel.

I want to hear the back story of the person who specked and built this "working show truck", that was his/her dream truck, then only drive it for 39k miles and now it's for sale. I guess I am just in the camp that trucks are tools to make money slinging products by the load or mile from point-A to point-B in a low cost and in reasonably comfortable way for the driver.

Well two good things on the truck. I'm also kinda liking the grey frame.

I'll stop there cause it was beaten into me at a young age that if you can't say something nice say nothing.

There is an old saying down here..."Never mind the mule being pore, just load the wagon." Also one on a well used/maintained tractor vs a loaded great big long nose: If it won't run, put chrome on it.". As told by "Wild Bill" to a ultra spiffy KW hood at the Chevron in Colton, CA many years ago (1958): "Wow, I wish I had your truck and my engine.". What engine you got?? A 400 Cummins.. May I see it? So Bill walks back and jacks up the cab on his yellow, cab forward, Diamond T. Owned by Pine Bluff Transformer, Co. out of Pine Bluff, AR. First and only 400 I ever saw.

Many a Large Western Car has had to pick up his doors after one of Jesse Jewels-Toccoa, GA or Bennie Rogers-Morton, MS old cabover FL's with a foot of fire off the chewed up end of the stack sailed on by. Shaking the "To Be Southern Fried" on to CA..... A. Joseph Produce-Jackson, MS and Frank Phillips- Memphis, TN were no slouches at making miles moving veggies East. Some drivers can get it out of a truck, some can't....

Squinting like on the 35th hour of a Black Molly. Bob Moore used to say one would make a Starkville, MS to Miami, FL (918 one way) turnaround seem like a city delivery. Stepped real high walking till he kind of got off it.
