What if it Snows?

I'm calling it a day early tonight.....

Figured I'd share a passing thought of something dad told me once......

Stuff happens when you party nekid.

 

Got my first taste of winter tonight.

They screwed around and gave me my afternoon liquid load about 4 hours late. That way I could spend an hour out in the dark with -12° windchill unloading it at the customer. But their plan FAILED.

I didn't blow or fall off the top of the tanker when I was opening my lids. My gas pump still started (that was a miracle in itself). And when I got done, there was still room for about 100 gallons in each 3000 gallon tank.

I'm getting too old for this. Tomorrow's another day.

 

Here's my latest project... My dad made the buckle and gave it to me almost 25 years ago. Now I am making a belt to put that buckle on, to pass on to my son.




The leather tools were my Christmas gift that I have been wanting for several years. Ive got an entire hide of leather the I had intended to have made into a set of chinks when i was cowboying... Dont need the chinks now, so I have plenty of leather do make stuff with.

 

Fixin' to leave the terminal.

Not feelin' it.

Oh well. Driver's gotta go!
