    I always liked to use the glaze packet when warming up the ham on a charcoal grill outside.........that sweet, smoky, crunchy goodness.

    Just watched that on Netflix the other night. Had a good laugh, sure speaks a lot about the current state of affairs.

    I "carved" our ham up the other day. Put it in 3 gallon ziplocks. We have pretty well gone through the first one. Guess it has been hitting a good spot.

    Second went into the freezer along with the 3rd bag with a very meaty bone. The small sack of white beans to accompany said bone for it's glorious transformation is sitting on the pantry shelf.

    May have to get an onion at the store so that I can move up the timetable on the aforementioned transformation.

    Yes. About half a bowl left.

    Kroger is also out of potatoes..................Comrade Dale. I'm 56 years old, lived everywhere, never seen a major grocery store run out of potatoes. Bought a bag of Red's ( HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA ). Sad.

    Oh yesterday did the kitchen duty thing. We rolled over to a friends place for Solstice supper. Game hens were the main course.

    Brought the half eaten carcasses home and combined in the soup pot with spices, a small sack of multi colour potatoes, and some multi colour carrots. Added a diced up chicken breast to keep the meat in balance with the carbs and other stuff.

    Dang good eating. Didn't know that the purple potatoes were purple all the way through. All told gave the sauce a little more of a reddish tone.
