yes dive right in on all mentioned , may not like it much as said but its readily there to discover some of the facts as they are.

Yeah maybe , no reality check there but then thats a given for most anyone so its apparent but I'd hazard not much compared to what a bunch are already trying to run away from in their glorious " open road " pursuit
The OTR drivers I see & on a daily basis look almost exactly what explained , physical distress , poor movement out of the truck blah moments
The only rare exceptions would be the Sikhs as they tend to be more vegetarian but even they look pretty pasty
& don't take any of this personally unless you'd just naturally do that , this is open advice , freely given for its purpose to
inform , parse the words , use what one can just as in any other I don't think I'd be sniping back or at one just because
My personal & 1st OTR exp was regional , paid hrly & per diem besides , tail gated commercial quality oak cabinets up & down the western side of the states
constant communication , directing help @ drop off points , it was the best of what I understood would be beneficial & it clearly was
but : even with all that refacing of cartoned freight after deliveries , tugging the cartons to the tail , re hooking the doubles after all that
not quite enough to say one had good out of the chair physical activity for the 6 days out , can't hardly imagine how'd one manage this extreme chair time , like a nursing home bed propped up where just catch the person in that thing forever , its never been a wonder for me why these same talk so much on those headsets , bleary gab

victim ? why ? & there is no certain sage advice here from anyone unless you'd consider all of what it really entails
hey = this mind sludge , wow thats a real gas for something , I should get tested hey ?
ie ; my son is considering a cdl , he's also up on what works , he'd never as he says ever allow that OTR thing to happen
as he manages the receiving side for a kroger store he's well apprised both there & with his ride alongs
with myself just how what works & what never did loves the lowboy moves , or anything with good to great clocked in time out of the cab
