You look pretty good for professing to be sick... Must have been that good food waiting. Man does need sustenance.
    Follow instructions and mend well.

Always wondered about temp effect on batteries.
In my experience with my cars and pickups. Crank up, run downtown, park, come back out and MF will not say a word. Summertime, pretty hot.
Crank up, run downtown (or uptown), park come back out and MF not say a word. Winter, pretty cold.
In each instance, battery was within a month or two of it's useful life (Warranty period).
I have concluded that say you have a 3 yr battery, it will go out in the summer or winter of the 3rd year in use. Never in spring or fall.
Just in the most inconvenient weather to go get one and install curbside.

Maytag did a good job for the wife and me for 7 years She passed away and I sold the house. A year ago, buyers were still happy with deal, probably still working. It varies with the model class and how one handles the operations. Our water heater was within 10 feet of it, so may have contributed.

Careful on land purchase. Man looking at land in AR. Realtor drove him by a stretch of roadside with some cypress trees knee deep in swamp water. Man asked price. Was quoted $ 1,000.00 an acre and actually a bargain. Man said, My God, what makes that piece worth that kind of money? Realtor explained...
It has the 3 requirements for AR property... Timber, water, and road access. Besides, it helps hold the world together, take if out and the whole world would fall apart. Man bought elsewhere (IN) maybe, but you have to admire the agents pitch.

So do we and we also believe in supporting the local landfill— Costco paper plates are where it’s at
