My truck a few weeks ago. A guy who takes truck photos took the pic. On a 5,000 km trip to Western Australia with a 50 tonne payload of drill casing for an offshore rig. Gross weight 80 tonnes.

The last few weeks I’ve been playing the game “if it fits, it ships”. Never quite have the right trailer for the load, up until today.

12’ wide piece on the top deck to relocate this trailer to the right area.
Preloaded lifts on a step deck instead of flatbed.
53’ extrusions that would have worked much better on a flatbed.
Swap trailers to pick up 8 pallets of security bars. Worlds tallest thermometer


And finally a load that matches my trailer, an electric T680E.

 

Id be tempted to take the electric rig for a spin around the block before delivering

 

Definitely, for sure, did not do that. But I hear it is pretty neat but I’m curious how it does hooked to a trailer. 500hp up to 670 hp on demand.
