    It's from screws on the exterior. The slot being vertical doesn't hold water.

    I thought about forklift people at Target can make what a tanker driver makes. Plus they get to be home every night.

    40*24 = 960
    20*36= 720
    1680

    87,360 a year. I know it would be closer to 80. But its a forklift.

    Is that an ABOVE ground pressure tank????? And exposed plumbing?????? God, even if I lived in the Sahara desert I dont think I could bring myself to allow that. Bare minimum it would need to have a very well insulated well house built around it.

    It gets walled in. But we live in the Sonoran Desert. Don't need no stinking insulation.

    When I moved here a year ago I couldn't believe the frost line is 12 inches. Where I hail from it was 4 feet.

    Probably stuco... Made to look like adobe. I doubt adobe would pass building code anywhere in the country today.
