Looking for another company to work for .
Companies always threat their drivers like garbage and them

Find another job, and leave . After you have been working the other job for a few
Weeks ,
Make sure the management at the place
You quit knows exactly why you quit . -
Time to look for a new job

Some companies require you to be on-duty for detention pay. You work at one company, not the average company. If the one company requires you to touch your ear before getting our of the truck you can follow their rules or work somewhere else.

Find another company. If you guys are a true team willing to run anywhere and not a super solo then y’all should be making 2500 to 3000 per week EACH right now.

There are some operations like that.usually expedited, they eat up the driver's time at the dock, then want to make sure it gets there nonstop.
Tbh, what difference does it make if you're sitting there getting paid or you're driving to get paid? If it's the same, then go with the flow.
