I have one that gets pushed on me often,can a poison be hauled with foodstuffs or medicals if it is class 3 and a certain distance away and if so what is the distance?

we also used to do simple math, you divide your hours by miles gives you an average speed, if not satisfied we used government miles conversion programs. in NYS LOG BOOK AND LOG FALSIFICATION IS A CRIMINAL ACT, AND YES DRIVERS HAVE BEEN AND CAN BE LOCKED UP.. -
drivers something to bear in mind, not every pd, are CFR trained and should not be writing you tickets quoting DOT Regs!!!!!!!!!

that has been my argument with my TM on many occasions,he however insists if it is labeled packing group 3 its ok if its a certain distance,i asked where i could find that information,of course he couldnt produce it.
