So tonight I had 2 runs, but they were singles, so instead of taking one trailer to a yard about an hour from the warehouse then driving back an hour and grabbing my return trailer back home, I instead pulled doubles out of the warehouse. So I drove about an hour and made my first stop in Youngstown, Ohio. I dropped my tag trailer in the yard there and then I swung around and after some pushing and fighting with the converter gear and jockeying around so 15-20 minutes of jerking around I was able to get the converter gear where I wanted it and then hooked up to an empty trailer and pulled an empty out of Y-Town.
Then and it actually went alright driving one full and pulling an empty I made pretty good time back to Lorain County, Ohio took me maybe an hour and half or so pretty good. The driver who runs the route I had wanted it early by 3:00am and I was pushing for that. I made it back to the yard by quarter to 3:00am swung around the shed pulled on through disconnected my tag trailer and converter dolly and sent the route driver a text saying you are ready to go in on time. He's probably already at his 2nd or 3rd stop by now.

Well winter storm Landon is baring down.
They closed the turnpike kind of sort of, but it’s pretty much closed to Pikers and Triples and combinations over 90 feet.
Anyhow we all left out of my yard at the same time.
waiting on my load I hope it’s ready at 10:00pm. I just have one line 28’ to pull back tonight. Sometimes they cut a route out of my yard and certain days have a different route schedule.
Anyhow we’re all here now waiting to try and out run the storm.
